Terms and Conditions
MCF-UNIQUE Terms and Conditions
MCF-Unique is a manufacturer and purveyor of vinyl lettering, graphic designs, and customised clothing and apparel. We may offer other products and services as specified in our offers. We make offers, and agree sales on the basis that customers have read and accepted the term and conditions of trade as outlined below. We may change our terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Copyrights, Trademarks and Intellectual Property Rights.
MCF-Unique retains the rights to all designs, artwork, produced and sold by MCF-Unique. Where MCF-Unique undertakes work based upon material or designs provided by customers, we do so only on the basis that said customer warrants that they have rights to that material or design. The customer warrants that that in obtaining the Material and submitting it to MCF-Unique for reproduction, the customer has not violated or infringed on any trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any third party. The customer indemnifies MCF-Unique against claims for unauthorised Copyright, Trademark and Intellectual Property Right use of written matter, material, or designs provided by said customer, and is responsible for legal and other costs incurred by MCF-Unique arising from any such claim.
Accuracy of MCF-Unique web site illustrations
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and/or graphics of our products that appear on the MCF-Unique Web Site, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour and/or graphic will be accurate. MCF-Unique will have no liability as a result of any variances between the appearance of colours and/or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you.
Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to make price changes at any time. However, prices indicated to customers for custom work are normally valid for ten working days. Prices quoted are for the FOB value of the goods. Postage is quoted separately. We are not vat registered.
Order acceptance
A customers order constitutes a contractual offer. No contract comes into force between a customer and MCF-Unique unless and until we accept your Order. Although we may refuse your order for any reason at our sole discretion, we will normally accept it where: the product or products in the order are available; the order reflects our current pricing of the relevant product or products; payment in full has been received by MCF-Unique; there has been no conduct on your part which would lead us to decline to sell you products; that you have provided all the information necessary for MCF-Unique to complete your order. All goods remain the property of MCF-Unique until paid for in full.
Despatch
Despatch will normally be made within 7 days of contract agreement. If you have an urgent requirement we may be able to send earlier by specific arrangement. If we need more than 7 days to despatch, you will be notified. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss arising from late delivery. If you need a product for a specific date, please order early.
Postage
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, we will despatch your order by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. You will be sent advice within 24 hours of posting. If you do not receive your item within three days of receipt of our despatch advice, please notify MCF-Unique so that we can make enquiries with Royal Mail. In the event that Royal Mail confirms that they cannot trace an item, MCF-Unique will replace, or fully refund depending upon the customer’s preference.
Returns Policy
If goods are defective they must be returned in same condition that they were despatched within 7 days of receipt. In the event that goods are defective MCF-Unique will either replace them, or make a full refund by agreement with the customer.
We will normally issue refunds using the same method by which payment was originally made. Refunds will be made as soon as possible but in any event, within 30 days of return of goods.
Liability
Our liability to you, if any, shall not exceed the total of the invoice for services and products provided on the transaction.
